Having been to Ukraine, MY impression of Ukrainian men was that they are similar to Neanderthals.
Neanderthal man has a voice box whose devlopment is identical to our own. That is extremely strong evidence (closest thing to proof imaginable in this case, I would say) suggesting the capability of highly advanced language in speech, and therefore human minds much like our own with ability to think reasonably, express all of human feeling and poetry and realisation, and also communicate that in a highly developed human social world. (-: Perhaps the Neanderthals were less brainwashedby a controlling economic hegemony, than us present humans. That woud make them, generally speaking, far more intelligent than us here now. Are you trying to make a point or just babbling?
Here is hatred of a symbol without power or effect upon any justified outcome. It is is criminally insane, possibly much more more insane than a kind of terrorism for political objectives. Why did they do it? Because they hate the bridge as a symbol. They therefore attacked the bridge regardless of the chances of it not killing civilians is close to zero, and without any military obejective. There are many ways to solve problems, but I would debate the claim that solving them by the use of bullets and bombs is the work of an “Intelligent” species. “Pre-intelligent” might fit the bill.
We need to move to a higher level where psychopathy in general is no longer an acceptable trait for those who are allowed to operate freely in the public sphere. At the moment we not only allow them that freedom but we permit them to assume positions of leadership.
