The leaders of Europe are an accurate representation of Europe in general. Stupid, weak, and feckless.
Europe has neither a plan, or the ability to compete in world markets, being hamstrung by both a lack of natural resources, and a socialist system that drains the productivity of the minority that does have some ambition, to support the majority that does not.
Europe has survived as long as it has because of the charity of the US and Russia who have provided what they needed at discounted prices or free of charge.
You forget that Europe has had to pay a price for US continued occupation of its military bases throughout Europe since the end of the Cold War, in particular, US continued opposition to the construction of Nordstream 2. Have you forgotten that the 2014 Maidan was instigated by the US State Dept, and the destruction was carried out by the US, and that the European countries have contributed substantially in arms & cash to maintain the US’s Proxy War against Russia??? Since 1945 the US has been engaged on a project to destroy Russia and take all its stuff. The Euros have been willing participants in this endeavor.
The brits willingly swallowed the absurd MI 6 ‘Skripal’ nonsense. The Germans accepted the destruction of Nord Stream. The Germans should have told the US to not touch their gas supply. They didn’t.
