It was very provoked when the US invited Ukraine to join NATO so the US could place nukes in Ukraine aimed at Moscow with a delivery time of 5 minutes. If Russia put missiles in Canada the US response would be the same or bigger.

The EU and UK would not be able to have any serious talks with Russia. Kallas would not lower herself to speaking with a Russian. And Mr Putin said, years ago, that he would talk only with the USA. Organ grinder, monkey.
