Good for Uganda! May many other countries follow suit.
Twitter doesn’t understand the Golden Rule: “Do as you would be done by”. And that goes for the US as well.
If denying Ugandans the ability to use Twitter is a violation of human rights, then deplatforming Donald Trump is also a violation of those same human rights. Ironic, isn’t it?
