Clearly the only thing missing these past few years of hardcore Ukranian meatgrinder action was Mr Cavolis presence on the battlefield. There’s still time, Mr Cavoli! You can do it!
These people (generals) almost always tell congress what they think congress wants to hear, or what they think serves their own interests in the moment, it doesn’t matter if there is any relation to reality or not. They are politicians above the o-4/5 level after all as their ranks above o-6 require senate approval.
