The solution to the end of the war is obvious. Russia must accept that there is never going to be a negotiated settlement without a complete Ukrainian defeat. Russia needs to declare war on Ukraine, and then proceed with a decapitation program that takes out everyone in power… everyone. It is time for shock and awe.
