Trump and Mossad Team Up to Evade International Law

It’s nothing new. When Palestine acceded to the International Criminal Court (ICC) as a member in 2015, serious unease irked those responsible for war crimes versus Palestinians, for decades prior… and no doubt worried their plans for further “mowing of the lawn” in gaza; not to mention those formally indicted for genocide which occurs every day now in the Occupied Territories.*

The perpetrators of war crimes in the Occupied Territories leveraged their intelligence apparatus via Mossad spy boss Yossi Cohen to intimidate the International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor, which may be referenced by numerous articles, including: “Israeli spy chief ‘threatened’ ICC prosecutor over war crimes case: Report” of May, 2024;  and the Guardian article, “Spying, hacking and intimidation: Israel’s nine-year ‘war’ on the ICC exposed”.

Allegations versus Mossad spy boss Cohen and his colleagues are such that they may qualify for prosecution by Netherlands authorities via ICC Article 70, which legally prohibits such interference.  [Beyond scope at this time of writing, is the excellent potential that Israel will lose its UN General Assembly seat when Israel-firster Mr. Philemon Yang of Cameroon  loses his position as GA president, in September of 2025.]

Since the ICC issuance of arrest warrants for the Russian leader in March of 2023  — simply for the establishment of security and defense for Russia’s own land — actual lethal thugs and villains committing aggression in the Occupied Territories, Lebanon, and Syria, have become somewhat more worried about their own skin, too.

By 2020 and up for re-election that year, Trump worried that war crimes he sponsored in Afghanistan  and Iraq  — and that US service members had committed in Afghanistan, Libya, and Syria — might also be subject to prosecution by the ICC. So in March of 2020 Trump met with Israeli intelligence and government officials in Washington to plan a US-Israeli “war” on the ICC.

Trump’s key man at the time, to wage the war on the ICC, was Mike Pompeo. Sanctions were quickly imposed on the ICC’s Chief Prosecutor. Bensouda, the ICC Chief Prosecutor, felt physically threatened by Cohen’s Shin Bet/Shabak regime, and pressured by Pompeo’s sanctions, so Bensouda forwarded the ICC investigation into Israel’s war crimes in Gaza, to her successor, conveniently at the end of her nine-year mandate.

Bensouda left the Gaza war crimes brief to current ICC prosecutor Karim Khan, who has come under similar pressure  from the Shin Bet Shabak spy machine, especially after the ICC planned to issue arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant.

Meanwhile, Trump knows that Country-404’s conflict cannot be ‘won’ by the former United States – and certainly cannot be won by Europe’s NATO forces either. Trump will likely sweeten the pot for Russia, offer some sort of armistice where the Ukraine will not ever become a NATO member, and concede Russian lands already conquered. (In other words, the terms of the Istanbul resolution of the conflict that the Ukraine was willing to accede to, until Pax Americana militants intervened, and scuttled the Istanbul communique.)

The foregoing push for a Ukraine resolution of the conflict is not due to any American largesse, appeasement of Russia, or any US/Trumpian desire for peace or detente anywhere. [Except for a brief period during 1963 the former United States leadership has not ever seriously advocated for world peace. And we know what happened to that leader who did. – ed.]

What Trump hopes to do, is to cosy up to Russia to split Russia away from China, so that the former United States can make war versus China over Taiwan, without facing a Russia-China alliance. Trump also knows that the situation in western Asia is a particularly volatile one, that could escalate at any time, with serious consequences for US petrol pump prices. This is why Trump has surrounded himself with sociopath Neocon Israel-first radicals and China hawks.

So, despite posing as a “peace candidate” Trump truly is not. Trump is owned by his war-hawk Globalist masters  and donors, with plenty of strings and conditions that have yet to be achieved. That’s why Trump has surrounded himself with Neocon warmongers, like Marco Rubio; Mike Waltz; Pete Hegseth, Kristi Noem, John Ratclffe (CIA), Mike Huckabee, and Elise Stefanik. These are the worst of the worst, truly politically Born-again Israel-first Crusaders — just like Trump. Israel is in their name, and war is their game. And truly why the US political system is the epitome of the classic definition of insanity.

So with the possible exception of some capitulation on the Ukraine – simply by the eventual cessation of US funding and weaponry to it, and despite the Demented One’s best efforts on that US funding – don’t look for peace breaking out any time soon via Trump. In fact, there will be much more chaos, much more destruction, and more horror, until the duplicitous US financial system and Wall Street’s MIC collapses in upon itself.

Now, about the ICC and International law…? Don’t expect arrest warrants for the world’s worst war criminals either — certainly not any time soon.. and not if the world’s worst war criminals have anything to do with it.
