It’s just like the US bases all over the world. The local traders and presumably the people being paid to let them come, are winning hand over fist but the local population that has to put up with uncouth behaviour would love to see the back of them. The crime rates around these bases are much higher than elsewhere, but these are covered up, with money probably changing hands.
