Why would Putin, or anyone with even just half a brain, talk to the LIARS, CHEATERS and SWINDLERS, when everyone KNOWS you cannot believe a word that comes out of their mouths ? What’s the point of talking to such people ? I believe Putin is very much aware of this and believe he has also hinted to this fact as well.
