Regarding drone use and range: The Turkish Bayraktur drone has a communication range which would allow it to be launched from Ukraine towards Crimea.
As detailed in Wiki: Communication range: line-of-sight propagation, < 300 kilometres (190 mi)
However a drone such as this launched from Ukraine towards Crimea bridge would seem to out of communication range (Mykolaiv to Kerch for instance is a straight line distance of 384 km)
