It finally dawned on Republicans that Biden has single-handedly stopped enforcing immigration law by choice. Biden can choose to fix the problem he created any day by enforcing the law. It is a con that Biden should get more funding from Congress to do the job he is supposed to do. Johnson seems content to stalemate Biden on Ukraine funding, Israel funding and fixing the border. If the US and NATO were rational, we would not be in the positions we are in to begin with. The fact is the people in charge in the US and NATO, believe their own fanatical fantasies of superiority, and they are quite capable of launching operations that will have catastrophic outcomes. We must always remember that the people in charge of our governments are growing ever more desperate to maintain hegemony, and neither intelligent, or rational, and are therefore extremely dangerous.
Hopefully, the support of the US in Israel will follow the pattern in Ukraine, and we will see an end to Israel once and for all. Israel is an evil entity, and needs to be abolished, along with all influence on US politics…

There is much that is worthy of these Mercouris comments but please stop being a lawyer, of course at times conditions are necessary but please let it flow more.
In support of your analysis, Alexander, you could argue that the whole point of Japan’s “infamy” in 1941 was that it had not declared war on the US. So, France’s (and NATO’s) behaviour is clearly teetering on this line.
Ultimately, all the rules of war, diplomacy, foreign policy and internal transparency hinge on that one single obligation that applies to any government holding power: Declare your intentions!
