These are relevant issues for sure. Gives it a fishy appearance similar to 9/11. If the concert was even allowed, which it should not have been, security should have been tighter than the skin on a catfish. What in the world were they thinking?

I do not buy the excuse that heavy traffic slowed sown the response time of the Russian Special-purpose counter-terrorism units.
A local Taxi or Ambulance driver, would be well aware of how long it would take to get to the Crocus City Hall at specific times, and if the counter-terrorism units got delayed in traffic, the commander should be dismissed for incompetence, as special forces helicopters should be used in such an eventuality.
I believe that Israel’s Mossad are behind the Terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall in Moscow, that killed 133 Russian civilians, including children, after Amir Weitmann (who is an Israeli politician from Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud Party), issued a plethora of frenzied threats against Russia, during an appearance on the Russian TV network RT in October 2023.
