Well let’s hope that the NATO expansion and upgrade of the Mihai Kogălniceanu Airbase (MKAB), near Constanța, Romania, will not now happen. It was to include a new runway and accommodation of new fighter jets and drones and 50,000 NATO troops. Movies that are made outside of the USA are also because of the available skills of the movie communities. The reason that Amazon and Netlix built large studios just outside of London were not just tax incentives but also because the pool of talent of technicians/special effects is good. The Bond films have been made in Pinewood Studios for a long time for that very reason.
