We have loads of fresh eggs from local farmers in Dorset, Devon and the New Forest. Same goes for potatoes, we also get them from Cornwall, Jersey and Wales. There’s plenty of fresh veg from the organic farmers across the south west. I can drive to my nearest organic farmer and buy stuff that’s been picked the same morning. If the Greens did well in cities with large student populations, it does confirm to anyone who was unaware before that the wokeness of universities is devastating. Academic excellence comes a poor second to having the ‘right’ ideas.
Friends, who have a 17-year old son, are encouraging him in his wish to go to hotel school where he will learn practical skills that will take him anywhere in the world and give him a wide choice of what he wants to do in the future .
