Absent from this Q&A discussion: DU (Depleted Uranium) munitions. The US has developed & used them as high-velocity anti-tank/anti-armor piercing weapons in Iraq and other places. Aren’t they also nuclear weapons? Do the Russians have DU munitions as well, & if so, might they use them?
