You mean Putin can only stand back observe and complain? The Pharma corporate criminals operate in a tight regulated framework or else if that doesn’t work kick them out of the country. More important Putin should be encouraging Russian Medical industry and a national medical policy based on the health of its citizens not on the profits of its medical corporations: Those corporations are a tool to implement a healthy Russia not a power structure to get rich and denigrate the health of Russian society, as in the west.
