After over 15 hours of marathon talks, Russian President Vladimir Putin is now giving some details as to what has been achieved during the Minsk negotiations.

The Ukraine propaganda seems to be so thick that Ukraine Poroshenko cannot get a clear idea as to whether his troops are surrounded in Debalcevo or not. Quick answer…yes they are surrounded and defeated.

An agreement has been reached in Minsk to stop hostilities in Ukraine from Sunday, Russian President Vladimir Putin told the media.

“I believe we agreed on a big deal. We agreed to a ceasefire starting at 00:00 on February 15,” he announced.

The announcement comes after a marathon negotiation in the Belarusian capital between the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany.
