While tax policy is fundamental, the issue of investment policy has in many ways already been settled. The Biden-Harris administration is simply carrying out the “zero-carbon” policy of disinvestment in carbon-related industries in favor creation of a green financial bubble and deindustrialization. Such policy was publicly announced at the recent Davos meeting of the WEF, and through the private banks’ control over central banks, the technocrats of the Davos crowd are already determining which industries will receive or be denied credit and are setting-up supranational agencies to monitor and then reward or punish nations accordingly. No surprises here. Chrystia Freeland – Minister of Everything – in Soros-controlled Canada is the Global Oligarchs pet dwarf. The creature does exactly what it is insturcted to do with an ugly leer. But the big beasts in the west do not pay taxes. They are registered in tax havens such as the Cayman Islands, Delaware (funny that) Gibraltar, Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Montserrat … and so forth. Then there is the transfer pricing scam … and so forth. No large business pays the real tax rate.

Ever heard of Non-tariff barriers? Delaware is a tax haven and Biden’s home state.
