Obama resurfaced from his golf holiday to address the James Foley brutal and sick videotape which has shaken the entire planet.
The Telegraph UK reports Obama as saying…
‘The entire world is appalled … We will be relentless’
‘One thing we can all agree on is a group like ISIL has no place in the 21st century,’
Obama then went on to promise to punish ISIS for the beheading of American journalist James Foley, who he said stood in ‘stark contrast’ to his ‘cowardly killers’.
And as with his last public statements, Obama followed a brief speech with a round of golf, according to a White House pool report.
