Below are two screenprints of the circuit court docket, showing a new return document backfiled into the May 29 entry after the August 21 hearing. The new, third document contained the magistrate’s summary of findings. The clerk withheld it from the docket before the hearing so I couldn’t raise objections, and backfiled it after:

This is one for our Constitution. Another one: military-grade directional voice cancellation technology used to terrorize a civilian American. You should always wear your ‘Tin foil hat, which totally prevents their ‘unspeakable ‘military-grade directional voice cancellation technology’ that they regularly use to
petrify the ‘Snowflakes!.
