Coutts is part of the NatWest group, almost 40% of which is owned by the British state (taxpayers money) ever since the banking debacle of 2008. For which no-one in the banking system, as far as I am aware, was ever punished. It’s about time the banks stopped behaving as though customers are an irritation. They’ve closed branches and taken away cash points (because they both eat into their profits). Message for Alex while you are in Moscow… Levan Gudadze, though not close by as he is spending the summer with family in the south has been encouraged by his viewers and subscribers to do an interview with you. Thought you might like to know if he hasn’t already reached out to you which I did suggest. No doubt time restraints might not permit this at all…. but a good idea for when you next visit Moscow and Levan will likely be back at his home there.
