Several NFL stadiums around the NFL were near empty during week 7 of the season, as fan backlash stemming from the national anthem controversy continues to hit the ticket sales.

This is what happens when identity politics infects your organizations…everything goes to hell. The NFL and its players are learning that virtue signaling has its price.

“Swaths of empty seats here post kickoff,” tweeted columnist Armando Salguero…

Empty seats during the Chicago Bears, Carolina Panthers game…

Lucas Oil Stadium during the Indiana Colts vs Jacksonville Jaguars…

If you thought this was a one week blip, then you are mistaken. Week 6 was just as bad for NFL game attendance.

Breitbart News reports…

Note, that the Jets played New England on Sunday, meaning there should have been a big crowd for that game. The Texans, Atlanta, and Baltimore are also very relevant teams with relatively loyal fan bases. Yet, thousands upon thousands of fans no-showed or didn’t buy tickets for those games.

Photos of empty stadiums comes amid a slew of disastrous polls shows how far the NFL’s popularity has dropped.

The NFL managed to pi$$ off their core audience by nearly 40 points in the last three weeks.

The NFL deserves what it gets. I no longer watch pro football and never will. You disrespect my flag, my service and the sacrifices of myself and my brotherhood then you don’t deserve to be called American, PERIOD!
