China is now fully convinced that the US government is an assclown circus, and there is no way to trust, or work with them. They must understand that what ever plans they make for the future, will need to be done without inclusion or cooperation of the US.
They must also assume that war with the US can happen at any time, and that they must remain prepared for that.
