Just one word. ‘SUPERB’!
I would put it more simply that zelenkly is doing his utmost to get NATO directly involved in the fighting as things are not going well for Ukraine despite all the western military and financial aids. NATO wants Ukraine to do all the fighting on their behalf while zelensky knows well they will never be able to beat Russia no matter how much weapons they are given.
Actually, I believe NATO has been heavily and directly involved for quite some time, although they would probably deny this.
