Anything that brings down YouTube is a good thing. However with how obviously dangerous big tech monopolies are to civil liberties, I think people should now try to support as many small streaming platforms as possible and not just obtain information from one source. Just because Rumble may be a good alternative now, if it gets bought out the same problem may occur. Better to keep as many streaming platforms/websites as independent as possible. All of these sites start fairly open & free from censorship. Keeping them that way is another matter. Still have not quite worked out how Glenn Greenwald ends up being pushed out of the Intercept he created.
Generally the establishment seem to find a way to take control in the end. Need new sites regularly as they definately have a shelf life.
The fascists (government & big tech) next step no doubt will be to get in cahoots with the ISP providers and have them block access to those alternate sites. Use of a VPN will then be a must.
