Most Americans are tired of conspiracy theories about the JFK assassination. Due to a recent release of official files from the FBI, we know one of them is true. We now know that Lee Harvey Oswald worked for the CIA.
Soon after Oswald’s arrest, he attempted to call John Hurt, a retired US Army counter-intelligence officer in North Carolina. Hurt never answered, but it is clear that Oswald expected the CIA would secretly provide him with an attorney. This is why in both press conferences he oddly called for “someone” to provide him legal representation.
News clips show Oswald was calm but confused about the media attention and expected legal help would soon allow freedom. He was stunned when told that he was charged with killing President Kennedy. Oswald realized that he was set up as a pasty for the assassination because his previous CIA work in the Soviet Union and New Orleans had established him as a Marxist who supported Fidel Castro.

I wonder was Oswald also “stunned”, when he was charged with the murder of Dallas Police officer J.D. Tippit, as Oswald was initially arrested for the murder of Tippit and was subsequently charged with killing President Kennedy.
45 minutes after President Kennedy was assassinated, Dallas Police Officer J.D. Tippit stopped Lee Harvey Oswald, who fitted the general description of the assassin that was being broadcast by the Dallas police radio.
Oswald shot him three times at point-blank range with a .38 caliber revolver and then shot Officer Tippit in the head, and two eyewitnesses – Helen Markham and Jack Tatum – saw Oswald shoot Tippit.

If Lee Harvey Oswald was innocent of the assassination of JFK, then why did Lee Harvey Oswald murder Dallas police officer J. D. Tippit, after Oswald was stopped by police officer J. D. Tippit, because he fitted a description of the man who fired the rifle shots at JFK, from the Texas School Book Depository?
If you watch videos in the links in the description, there were no good witnesses since none were close and the Dallas police pressured them to finger Oswald, while other witnesses described someone different. The .38 cal. bullets found in Tippet were not from the gun the police “found” on Oswald. The official police description of the suspect was a white male with average height and average weight, which fit a quarter of the men in Dallas.

Just as the CIA kept the truth suppressed about their involvement in the killing for 62 years, the facts about Oswald’s (attempted) phone call from jail to a former ONI operative in South Carolina have been deleted from the record as well.
