Based on what you say, FM Lavrov’s message could just as easily be addressed to the US “negotiations” team. As in, since you US leaders reneged on Anchorage and clearly duped us again through even more sanctions, and therefore do not take any peace talks seriously, then there is no reason for me (Lavrov) and my team of diplomats to be present at your meetings.
