I think it is unalloyed evil and people should react by boycotting McDonalds. If kids already have cancer, the death shots as a side effect cause the disease to intensify and kill them. The statement, “it is for your health”, reminds me of what doctors told kids in Nazi Germany when preparing a shot to “euthanise” them. This whole initiative stinks of Nazi style “euthanasia”.
