A propos “regime change”: Iran has been a nation for over 2,600 years. “Israel” for about 77 years.
Iranians have immense pride in their nationality, history, culture, and identity. They are also enthusiastic in their support for Islam.
Talk of “regime change” is ridiculous, and probably comes from Westerners who have no roots, no tradition, no national or cultural identity, and no religion.
