The world community needs to file criminal war crime charges against the responsible members of Israel government for the mass murder of the innocent people in Gaza. The people who committed these crimes need to be prosecuted and executed for their crimes.

Alexander is alone among Israeli-Palestinian analysts in believing that the Israeli soldiers are “much better trained” than Hamas fighters. Israeli soldiers have had lots of training killing Palestinian children for decades, but in this war with Hamas they are up against adults — something the Israelis are not use to. Which is probably why yesterday Israel bombed to rubble a Palestinian refugee camp, killing dozens of Palestinian refugee civilians, including children. Alexander M. is very careful to constantly, constantly point out the limitations of his own knowledge. He does this, while all of us who regularly listen to his own videos and the conversations that he has with other knowledgeable people, constantly see the deep bank of knowledge that he possesses. This is precisely why I regularly take part of what comes out of this bank of knowledge. One can have a “bank of knowledge” yet still not have a correct analysis. If you need a primer on the Israeli military from someone who actually knows what he’s talking about, check out Scott Ritter. He has consistently said the Israeli military is “not very good,” and while some of their specialized forces are capable, the “mainstay, the infantry units, the armor units, are not very good.” Meanwhile, Scott uses superlatives for the Hamas fighters. Ritter’s analysis reflects the dominant view of the more important analysts of this war.
Perhaps Putin is speaking as he does because he is well aware that Hamas is a creation of Shin Bet and if Israel hadn’t let them in and stood down their troops, the whole thing would never have happened.
Alexander Mercouris is the sober voice of world news. He is the only one it seems who can discuss the Arab-Israeli conflict without taking sides. As a consumer of news for most of my life, I have never been so well served by one analyst of world affairs.
When one side is committing genocide and you “refuse to take sides,” you are not being objective — you are being complicit.
When you imagine things only in black and white, rather than shades of grey, you are rejecting objectivity. Reality does not exist in binary form, except in the minds of zealots. You can accuse both Hamas and Israel of genocide. It is entirely unclear which one you have chosen.
