The President of Students for Fair Admissions explains why they have filed a law suit against Harvard College for its admissions policies regarding Asian students.
“It’s racial discrimination, and it is a quota.”
“In 1992, 19% of Harvard’s incoming freshmen were Asian.”

“During this period of time Tucker the number of Asians applying to Harvard came close to doubling. Is this just a coincidence that every year from ’92 to 2013, the numbers stay the same…that’s not a coincidence.”
