Lavrov says that Greenland is a Danish colony, and under international law it belongs only to its residents, which number about 60,000. Under international law, Trump actually does not have to pay Denmark a penny for it. If they are willing to sell, he ought to take the 20 billion or whatever he is going to offer Denmark, distribute it among the residents and everybody would be happy except the Danes, and nobody cares about those pipsqueaks either.
