Alex, I like Sara Wagenknecht as much as you seem to. May I offer a couple of tips about German pronunciation?
“S” is usually soft, like a “z”.
“a” in this lady’s name is long, as in “hard”.
“k” is pronounced loud and clear.
“v” is pronounced like an English “f”, and “w” like an English “v”.
So: Zaara VaagenKnecht! And spit it out crisply: it’s the German way. (Or listen to a German person say it).
And Roepcke (the “o-umlaut” can be spelt “oe” if the umlaut symbol is unavailable) is pronounced with the vowel sound “oe” as in “turd” or “oeuvre”, and the “c” is silent – it just reinforces the “k”. Unlike Balkan and Slavic languages, in some of which “c” has a “ch” sound. And in German “j” is usually sounded like a “y”, so “Yoolian”.
In Slavic languages that use Latin alphabet “c” has “ts” sound.

Regarding Justin Trudeau: I have often wondered if the “elites” to which he belongs, are self-aware….aha…aha…of course, this is a rhetorical question. One does not have to be a psychiatrist to see that there is something seriously wrong with people like Trudeau, Macron, Ursula, and most of the ruling elite in the collective west and that reasoning/negotiating is not an option for them.
