It seems that more or less everywhere people are flocking to vote for any party that is presented as “alternative”.

Unfortunately, as soon as such a party is elected to power it ceases to be “alternative” and becomes “establishment”.

Seeking a better alternative is very much like chasing a will-o’-the-wisp.
