All-star geo-politics team! Thank you for the brilliant discussion, gentlemen.
I worry about Russia allowing any part of Ukraine to remain in globalist/western hands, as their presence will never stop being a threat to Russia. Perhaps Russia is waiting for EU/US to collapse economically instead of waging war, in order to save the lives of their soldiers who would otherwise perish? After the losses Russia sustained in WW2, who can blame them. And then when the west has no money or power, the remainder of Ukraine may then re-join their homeland, Russia.
The more I think about it, the more sense this makes. Why risk the lives of Russian soldiers when the enemy is self-destructive. It makes sense.
That guy is brilliant, best blog for a long while.
And let’s not forget that, because of Biden’s open border policy, the European industries that come to America will have a waiting mass of cheap labor. This was not coincidental.
I have always thought, since the beginning of this conflict, that Russia’s mid-to-long term goal was to take the eastern Ukraine territories & solidify its positions along the east side of the Dnieper or Dnipro River system.
