A Far East Russian region has become the first in the country to introduce vaccine passports for internal flights Wednesday as federal lawmakers race to mandate health passes for public transport and other areas amid a record-breaking wave of the coronavirus pandemic.

If you get people vaccinated and ask for their QR-code on trains and planes and restaurants, the incidence of infections will decrease and tourism will recover quickly. But the West (and Russians it seems) don’t seem to realize this.

Well, if these measures spread around in Russia, I suppose the current president can forget about his re-election in 2024. People are furious.
