The EU does not want to punish Russia. It just wants Russia. Or rather, all the resources that it sits on. Nothing has changed as it has been like this for centuries. From the French, the Polish-Lithuamian, the Nazi empires, to name just a few.
Why would Russia make the effort to send natural gas back to the EU? Russia’s gas extraction is finite. After taking years and billions in expense to reroute the gas to Asia, why would they send the gas back to the EU at the expense of their new, reliable customer?
Of course. That’s a no brain-er. Everyone knows Nazi women are sadomasochist.
