The video clip from Alexander is a little bit out of date because the last days the following happen in Germany: The university in Greifswald Germany has proven that the Astro Zeneca vacine can cause blood clot in the brain in about 10 out of a million cases. Most effected are women with an age below 55 years. The blood clot apears around 4 to 14 days after the vacination, and therefore the people which takes the vacination should be informed about the side effect of the Astro Zeneca vacine. One has to wonder why the EU banned AstraZeneca and then tested it. If they had had concerns about the vaccine, they should have temporarily suspended it and then tested it. As usual, the British have a slang word that aptly describes EU behaviour: arsy-versy (arse over tea kettle, arse backwards, back arsewards).
