If the Minsk agreements and Putin’s numerous speeches at security conferences, including his speech in December 2022, didn’t prevent NATO’s rush to make Ukraine the launching pad for aggression against Russia, there is no grounds for any guilt-ridden liberal to call for “doing something” to prevent the invasion. People who make that claim are lazy, and clearly do not know the history of Ukraine, don’t understand the neocon’s and NATO’s long-term goals for Russia, and don’t deserve a response from those who actually did their homework.
