The “turtle neck” is the French govenrment’s major power-saving “geste” as they say: keep the heating down and wear a turtle neck – though PM Borne prefers a down jacket. So it’ll be col roulé or doudoune.
And at home, wash your clothes and hang them on a drying rack (étendoir) – no dryng machine:

Musk likely did this exercise to draw attention to the amount of fake accounts on Twitter. Remember that this was his original reason for pulling out of the buy-out of Twitter. He knew that the reunification of these regions was in the news so he piggy-backed it for his own purpose. I believe he hasn’t given up on the buy-out of Twitter idea.
