President Putin has exceptionally strategic qualities and this is good for the Russians because he looks for win win situations as does China. Unfortunately for the people in the USA, Washington just looks for dominance and is insensitive to the people globally. The USA has a sluttish democracy as is shown with the extraordinary gap between the handful of mega rich (which can be seen as psychopaths) and the mass of poor people. This inspires nobody.
