This is a part misspeaking for ukrainische Getreide in Baerbocks speech: kokainisches Getreide. The speech is silly on the level of a high-schoolers. I had to listen twice her inept speech to hear out the gaffe.
May we assume that the headline “UKR reaches final line” is just an awkward way of saying ‘end of the line’? The End of the Line is what it is when women, AIDS patients and the mentally ill (excluding those in the Rada and government) are being sent to the front as bullet and shrapnel magnets.
