I am disheartened, that the Duran is giving an Economic fiend like Jeffrey Sachs a platform. For those unaware, Jeffrey Sachs was the leader of Harvard economists known as the “Harvard Boys” who were tasked to design an economic ‘shock treatment’, which was the privatisation and removal of all price controls in any nation where his Neo-liberal capitalist economics was inflicted on, which resulted in astronomical misery and many deaths. I watched this to hear Prof Sachs but turned it off when ‘the ego’ Alexander Mercouris proclaimed how auful Hamas is re the breakout rampage 7 Oct, as if unprovoked. I have had a gutful of this Israel propaganda covering up the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians for 75 years, the illegal removal of their land the imprisonment and torture of thousands of mainly children, and on and on: 7 Oct is a drop in the ocean compared to that, and understandable.
