With all due respect to Mr Mercouris, I’ll suggest that this decision has indeed been made with the agreement of Donald Trump. If not, Trump must publicly denounce Biden’s brain-dead / idiotic decision and denounce that decision right away. It is time for Russia to increase the pressure on Ukraine, by targeting “decision making centers” througout Ukraine. Identifying where Zelenski is at any point in time should not be that difficult…..
Shutting off all the electricity would have the effect of sending tens of millions of refugees into Poland and Romania causing a crisis in Europe.

The funny thing is that it is not Iran that is faced by economic collapse, but Israel. Iran, like the other Asian countries, has the rest of Asia at its back.
