A new Ukrainian government that would promise everything to Russia? Russia would be a fool to swallow that bait — again. It would be a ceasefire by any other name. It would be a Minsk 3. The new Ukrainian government would simply renege on its promises (it would be nothing unusual for them), and the whole war would start again, from a way less favorable position for Russia.
Yeah. Russian-speaking people would be better of living under Russia, which is the majority of the population.
For any Ukrainian government, present networks of bureaucrats, would have to be removed to another planet, re-establish a decent and reasonable education, cleansing of the media, restoration of church… it would need some kind of continued oversight.. the presence of Russia… closed borders to the CIA/MI6 – Western stooges, until they die of old age.
