First on my list of “sources” spreading these stories would be Nancy Pelosi.
Shifty Schiff would be my suspicion.
Oh boy, the list must be exhausting. I’d hate to have to print it out.
I suppose it doesn’t actually matter very much who the source is, they are obviously nasty people with no morals whatsoever. Spreading lies though, can have consequences. If you do not know Hillaire Belloc’s cautionary tale about Matilda, I suggest you all go and look it up. (Along with several others of his in similar vein). They are worth a read, even if only in the historical context of literature and poetry in a bygone age.
