Considering how ready – even cheerful – Mr Trump is about giving peremptory orders to foreign heads of state, it’s surprising that he should be so shy about asking his direct subordinate to do something.

Why is President Putin wants to join this private club called Board of Peace headed by Trump which also requires everyone else to subordinate to him. I can’t see any valid point to do so
