Not only did the West “slice salami” in its military threats to Russia in the 1990’s and beyond, but also politically and economically with internal destruction of Russia’s State through infiltration and “business investments” exploiting resources; furthermore since Putin exterminated the rats in the 2000’s the West embarked on its sanctions regime and blew up a Nordstream pipeline. IMO, Russia needs to increase pressure on the west, by taking out the gas pipeline between Europe and west Ukraine, take out all railway bridges, and target the electric, water, and sewage infrastructure.
This will result in mass immigration problems for the west as Ukraine becomes unlivable, and will force the west to shift its attention away from making war, and force it to focus on repairing the infrastructure within Ukraine to make repatriation of the millions of immigrants possible. These actions would also likely cause insurrection within Ukraine, and facilitate the overthrow of the western established government.
