The Judge has actually done Trump a favor, by commiting by fraud himself by grossly under valuating the property. The purpose of all these suits is to cost Trump time and money. The day is coming when there will be retribution for this kind of behavior and it is going to be ugly and violent when it comes.

Estimated current market values are one thing, Actual values are another – they are WHATEVER a buyer pays for it, and whatever a seller asks for it. If no buyer can be found at asking price, it’s still a valid valuation of the sellers, because they wont sell it at less! And, who knows (noone) a buyer may eventually be found at asking price.
Valuations by the seller are generally on the high side, and they may then lower it at point of sale.
All very well sticking with the status quo, don’t grovel in the pit too much, not a mention of what US really needs – RFK jr.

The bank, if they ask for Trump to obtain a valuation, is simply asking for Trump to obtain a valuation Trump is himself happy with.
