Whoever the interviewer is in the gender pay gap discussion, she is one stupid woman.
It is painful to even listen to this retard try to have an intelligent debate.
Please lady, remember the old maxim:

The crucial question to answer in this gender pay gap discussion is the following.
If women are equally as competent as men, and are prepared to accept significantly lower salaries to do the same job, then in a capitalist economy which places profit at the heart of every decision, why are companies not filled from floor to ceiling with women?
It must, as we see from this discussion, be something to do with the essential nature of the female.
Women are easily led. This has been the situation from the beginning, in the Garden of Eden.
